- All units are on ground floor, no stairs

Do you sell boxes or packing equipment?
Yes, please see our friendly staff for boxes, packing tape and bubble wrap
Who has access to my unit?
You keep the key. Only you or those who you have provided access will be given access
Are my goods insured?
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees in life. We do recommend that you insure your items with your preferred insurance company.
What is your level of Security?
- CCTV 24 hour
- Secure Fences and automatic lighting
- Daily Lock Integrity Checks
Payment Terms
We do require that storage fees are paid one month in advance. However, if you choose to leave within that month, any storage fees owing are totally refundable.
What happens if I don’t pay my rent?
- If rent is not paid according to the Terms of the Storage Agreement, we may be forced to sell the contents of the unit to reimburse outstanding rental fees.
- We will do everything to not let this happen, at any stage please contact the office to resolve matters easily.
